The RAP Newspaper is going digital!
Beginning in January 2011, RAP’s a bi-monthly print newspaper will become a monthly digital newsletter. This will enable us to communicate with you in a more timely and efficient manner. The present print newspaper will continue to be mailed to all residents in the district through the December 2010 issue.
